class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Geboren in Neapel, aufgewachsen in den Bergen des Modeneser Apennins, standen sein Leben und seine K\u00fcche schon immer im Einklang: zwischen Meer und Bergen. <span style=\"word-spacing: 0em;\">Seine erste Begegnung mit der K\u00fcche hatte er schon sehr fr\u00fch, als Teenager, als er als Tellerw\u00e4scher in einem Hotel in den Apenninen zu arbeiten begann.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bc12d7 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation einfach neugierig. Die Acetaia Sereni entdeckte er beinahe zuf\u00e4llig durch einen Freund, der ihn Francesco Sereni vorstellte. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7afca1 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"b7afca1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tIch sp\u00fcrte sofort, dass Balsamico-Essig weit mehr ist als nur ein einfaches Dressing \u2013 er ist eine Welt voller Tradition und Hingabe. Der Besuch der Acetaia Sereni f\u00fchlte sich fast heilig an: Jedes Fass schien seine eigene Geschichte zu erz\u00e4hlen. Am meisten faszinierte mich nicht nur die Komplexit\u00e4t der Herstellung, sondern vor allem ihre Eleganz. Der Balsamico-Essig der Acetaia Sereni besitzt eine Authentizit\u00e4t, die nie aufdringlich wirkt.
