Bei Stufe 3 weitere 10 Minuten kneten, bis der Teig glatt und elastisch wird. Langsam das <strong>Extra Nativem Oliven\u00f6l <\/strong>hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 3 Minuten kneten.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc24068 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc24068\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>G\u00e4ren zur Masse: Den Teig in ein Gef\u00e4\u00df umf\u00fcllen, mit einem Deckel abdecken und bei Zimmertemperatur ca. 40-60 Minuten ruhen lassen. Kaltg\u00e4rung: Den Teig in den <strong>K\u00fchlschrank <\/strong>stellen und 48 Stunden gehen lassen. Den Teig aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen, in die gew\u00fcnschte Form bringen und 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur ruhen lassen.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0ee4e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0ee4e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Den Backofen<\/strong> mit einem <strong>Pizzastein <\/strong>darin mindestens 45 Minuten lang auf 275 \u00b0C (525 \u00b0F) oder <strong>die h\u00f6chste Temperatur<\/strong> wie m\u00f6glich vorheizen. Den Teig zum Backen vorbereiten: <strong>m<\/strong><strong>it den Fingerspitzen Vertiefungen auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der Focaccia eindr\u00fccken<\/strong>, mit extra nativem Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und mit Salz bestreuen.
