Journey to discover the wineries of our region, Emilia Romagna, where more and more companies are working with the intent to create great and complex wines, with their history, experience and innovation.
A pleasant deepening on their way of working, their wines’ history and features, all matched with our kitchen’s proposals.
Protagonis of the first step is Terraquilia, a young winery located in the Modena Hills, with vineyards at 500 metres altitude.
The company’s philosophy is to work in the most natural method, without adds of sugars and yeasts, no filtration, and mantain the sulphites quantity very low.

Abbinamento vino: l’Ancestrale Nativo – Metodo classico ottenuto da uve di Pignoletto e Trebbiano, profumato ed intenso

Guanciale brasato al Malbo Gentile
Abbinamento vino: “Malbone” – Rosso intenso da uve di Malbo Gentile con sentori fruttati di more e mirtilli e note speziate.
– Dessert –
Pera al Mosto cotto 2018 su Bavarese alla vaniglia
Abbinamento vino: “Dolce Matilde” – Passito di Malbo Gentile affinato in botte.
