“Mioaceto®” oro by Sereni has been awarded with the Luxury FoodandBeverage Award 2023!

This year, on the occasion of the Golosaria fair held in Milan from 4 to 7 November 2023, the awards ceremony of the second edition of the Luxury Food&Beverage Quality Awards also took place.

Acetaia Sereni, in the person of Francesco Sereni, was present to collect the Award. The product chosen for the award was “Miaceto®” Gold seal!

What is the Luxury Food&Beverage Quality Awards

The Luxury Food&Beverage Quality Awards is the recognition reserved for the best high-quality food products for the world of catering, organized by Luxury Food&Beverage Magazine.

A highly qualified jury, made up of chefs and professionals in the sector, is called upon to evaluate products from various product categories intended for the Ho.re.ca. market, which stands for hotellerie-restaurant-café (i.e. hotels, restaurants and bars, therefore food not administered at home) of medium and high range.

As early as July 2023, companies in the sector were invited to report to the editorial staff the product proposals they wanted to put into competition for their category. There are many categories that compete for the Awards, and they are precise and detailed to best distinguish the products from each other:

  • Best semi-hard cheese
  • Best hard cheese
  • Best gorgonzola
  • Best raw ham
  • Best bresaola
  • Best mortadella
  • Best meat from luxury supply
  • Best cooking tomato
  • Best extra virgin olive oil
  • Best vinegar and seasoning
  • Best selection room
  • Best selection pepper
  • Best spices
  • Best truffle
  • Best caviar
  • Best fish
  • Best selection coffee

The evaluation is qualitative and linked to tastings.

The president of the 2023 jury was Tommaso Farina, professional journalist and senior contributor to Luxury Food&Beverage Magazine. The jury of catering professionals and great chefs this year 2023 was composed as follows:
