TOUR WITH LIGHT BUFFET LUNCH
A guided tour of the vinegar factory which takes in the entire production process of Modena balsamic vinegar, both I.G.P. (P.G.I. - protected geographical indication) and D.O.P. (P.D.O. - protected designation of origin), from the pressing of our grapes to the cooking of the must, the ageing in prized wooden casks and finally the tasting of the balsamic vinegars, both on their own and served with typical local specialities, such as crescentine bread, cured meats, frittata, cheeses and other delicacies according to season, accompanied by Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro wine (minimum of 10 participants).
