Renewed the Certification IFS

On the 19th of December 2019 was renewed the certificate IFS Food (International Featured Standards) for Acetaia Sereni with a score of 98.57 on 100, thus obtaining the qualify “Higher Level“, the maximum reachable, for the production, bottling and packaging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and condiments.

Important confirmation that proves how the company is working with safety and with attention to the quality, to grant high standards to customers from all over the world and continue on its path of growth, as confirmed also by the owner of Acetaia Sereni, Pier Luigi Sereni:

We are satisfied of the long path conducted in terms of quality and food safety, started more than 2 years ago, that has committed us and it's still committing us a lot of economic resources and labor forces, but we are as much convinced that it is a further warranty for our customers and it will allow us to increase the sales, mostly abroad.
