Recipe: Fried Egg with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients (for one person):

1 fresh egg

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Salt and pepper to taste

1 coffee spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:

Put the E.V.O. oil in a non-stick frying pan, crack the egg and fry it.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve on the plate with a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar.
