After a few years, the exclusive bottles of this <strong>Balsamic<\/strong> <strong>Vinegar<\/strong> <strong>of Modena<\/strong> <strong>PGI<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Il Vignola<\/strong>\u201d were produced in a limited-edition series presenting a design from \u201canother time\u201d.<\/p><p>A balsamic of absolute quality, produced in Modena, a land generous of excellences, which combines art with <strong>culture<\/strong>, <strong>good<\/strong> <strong>food<\/strong> with <strong>tradition<\/strong>, time with tenacity, which each have always been symbols of &#8220;<strong>Modenesit\u00e0<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p><p>The color is a <strong>bright<\/strong> <strong>brown<\/strong>, with amber reflections given by Trebbiano grapes, the nose is <strong>fruity<\/strong> ripe and slightly pungent. The palate opens with an intense <strong>fruity<\/strong>, <strong>harmonious<\/strong>, with notes of ripe <strong>cherry<\/strong> and <strong>red<\/strong> <strong>fruits<\/strong>; the acidity is <strong>balanced<\/strong> and well integrated.
