It&#8217;s rich of <em>polyphenols<\/em>, golden colour with green reflections.<\/p><p>His flavour is <strong>intense<\/strong> and <strong>persistent<\/strong>, intense <strong>fruity<\/strong>, <strong>pungent<\/strong> smell, with a slightly <strong>bitter<\/strong> and <strong>spicy<\/strong> aftertaste. In tasting you can feel notes of <strong>artichoke<\/strong>, <strong>pine nut<\/strong> and <strong>almond<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Try it on hot bruschette and bread crostini, tasty vegetables, meats and pasta. Excellent with our <strong>Balsamic<\/strong> <strong>Vinegars<\/strong>.
