Peel the garlic and deprive it of the soul. Chop the parsley together with the garlic in a mixer (or with a knife).<\/p><p>Prepare\u00a0<strong>a marinade<\/strong>\u00a0by adding\u00a0<strong>the chopped garlic and parsley to the glass of Limonceto\u00ae, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. <\/strong>Spread a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the sea bass fillets. <strong>Sprinkle them evenly with the mixture prepared for marinating. <\/strong>Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Turn the fillets after 15 minutes to marinate both sides as best they can.<\/p><p>Meanwhile, bring the oven to 180 \u00b0 C. Slice the lemon and arrange lemon slices on the fillets.
