It is not necessary to revive them by leaving them in water the night before, they are already ready to be used.<\/span><\/li><li>Cut the <strong>onion (or shallot)<\/strong> into coarse slices, it is not necessary to make small cubes.<\/li><li>Pour and heat the Dolz EVO Oil into a pan with high edges (casserole), covering the entire bottom of the pan with the oil.<\/li><li>Put the onions in the pan with the oil and let them soften for 5\/6 minutes.<\/li><li>When the onion is transparent, add the <strong>lentils<\/strong> to the pot, together with the <strong>rosemary, laurel leaf and sage<\/strong>.
