Next to the vineyard, the hazelnut grove<\/strong>. The Serenella\u2122 project has its roots in 2017,<\/strong> when the Sereni family decided to expand the crops of the Villabianca estate – already dedicated to grapes for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and olive trees for EVO Oil – with a hazelnut grove of the tonda gentile trilobata variety (round, gentle, trilobed hazelnut)<\/strong>. An agricultural choice consistent with the company philosophy, which aims to enhance the hilly territory, affectionately renamed “AltaModena\u00ae<\/strong>“.<\/p>

“The hazelnuts come directly from our Villabianca hazelnut grove<\/strong>, on the hills of Modena, and it is a real spectacle!<\/strong><\/em>” says Francesco Sereni<\/strong>, the company’s sales director.<\/p>

After years of experimentation<\/strong>, the cream comes to life in a balanced recipe<\/strong>, without added oils, fats or dairy products, designed to meet the growing demand for healthier and more natural products. “Serenella\u2122 will intercept the needs of consumers who are looking for healthier products, without added oils, fats or dairy products<\/strong><\/em>” explains Francesco Sereni.<\/p>
