Napoli ma cresciuto tra le montagne dell\u2019Appennino modenese, la sua vita e la sua cucina hanno sempre vissuto in equilibrio: il mare e la montagna. <span style=\"word-spacing: 0em;\">Il suo primo incontro con la cucina avvenne molto presto, da adolescente, quando inizi\u00f2 a lavorare come lavapiatti in un hotel sull\u2019Appennino.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bc12d7 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-widget ero semplicemente curioso. Ha scoperto Acetaia Sereni quasi per caso, grazie a un amico che grazie a un amico, che gli ha permesso di incontrare Francesco Sereni. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7afca1 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"b7afca1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tHo subito percepito che l\u2019Aceto Balsamico non era solo un semplice condimento, ma un vero e proprio universo di tradizione e dedizione. Visitare l\u2019acetaia \u00e8 stata quasi un\u2019esperienza sacra: ogni botte sembrava custodire la propria storia. Ci\u00f2 che mi affascinava di pi\u00f9 non era solo la complessit\u00e0 della produzione, ma la sua eleganza. L\u2019Aceto Balsamico di Acetaia Sereni ha un\u2019autenticit\u00e0 che non sovrasta mai.
