The new White Balsamic with Lemon essence is born: the Limonceto®
After the White Balsamic aged 3 years in ash barrels, and after the Mediterranean White Balsamic with mint and rosemary infusion, winner of numerous awards such as the Bellavista Award in Chicago 2019 and now also used to make very special cocktails, Limonceto® is born, an innovative combination of white wine vinegar, concentrated must of white grapes and lemon juice.
A product not yet on the market, therefore unique and with a registered trademark, in Limonceto® a fresh note of lemon blends with the sweetness of the white grape must and the acidity of the wine vinegar.
How can we not know that many people like to season their vegetables with lemon?
