Let’s see together how we proceed:
Difficulty: Medium / Easy
Servings: 4 people
Preparation time + marinating: 40 minutes
Cooking time in the oven: 25 minutes
Oven temperature: 180 ° C
Ingredients:
- 8 sea bass fillets
- 1 glass of Limonceto®
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt to taste.
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Pepper (if desired) to taste
Preparation:
Carefully wash the lemon and the sprig of parsley. Peel the garlic and deprive it of the soul. Chop the parsley together with the garlic in a mixer (or with a knife).
Prepare a marinade by adding the chopped garlic and parsley to the glass of Limonceto®, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the sea bass fillets. Sprinkle them evenly with the mixture prepared for marinating. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Turn the fillets after 15 minutes to marinate both sides as best they can.
Meanwhile, bring the oven to 180 ° C. Slice the lemon and arrange lemon slices on the fillets. Cook the sea bass fillets in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
The fillets should be well cooked but still soft and not dry, and the cooking liquid a little congealed.
The final touch? A drop of Limonceto® even raw!
