TASTING OF EVO OLIVE OIL 100% MODENA – THE FIRST OIL OF ALTAMODENA

EVO Olive Oil Sereni comes from the will and the project of the family to enhance Emilia for the production of olive oil, which is born in the first 2000. In fact, the area has a long olive oil history, which in the last century was lost because of the recurrent frosts, but retrieved in these years.
The Olives come from Villabianca’s farm, on the Modena hills, right near the vineyards for the production of Balsamic Vinegar. They are crushed directly on the farm, within 8 hours from the harvest.

The farm produces two kinds of EVO Olive Oil: “Dòlz” and “Calancolle”. During the tasting, you can taste them both as they are, both with hot handmade bread. The tasting will be accompanied by mineral water.  

All the experiences will be carried out on the new "Terrazza Sereni"
