Following very careful tastings, which aim to identify the organoleptic, emotional and nutraceutical value of Extra Virgin Olive Oil production in Italy, the Experts of the Gambero Rosso Guide have selected Acetaia Sereni’s Il Calancolle Extra Virgin Olive Oil among the champions of a Made in Italy of the highest level.
Made with olives harvested early in October, which give a characteristic herbaceous, fruity and slightly spicy flavor to our Evo Oil, Olives as always hand-picked with the method of knocking down and milled in a very short time in our mill inside the Sereni estate.
Olives used: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Bianchera.
These are the characteristics found in our Calancolle: Medium fruity taste, slightly bitter and discreetly spicy, mature and persistent oil!
