Acetaia Sereni’s American trip in January 2024 was not limited to the lesson/conference held at Columbia University in NY, but continued with a very intense full immersion, on 26 and 27 January, in Italian haute cuisine, well represented in New York from the Deli, Grocery Shop, Restaurant and Location for Events “Roscioli di New York“, which takes up the tradition of the legendary Roscioli in Rome, creating in the Big Apple a place where:

The Sereni family dedicated themselves to carrying out numerous Masterclasses on Balsamic Vinegar, during which the entire Emilian territory was described, of which the Serenis are representatives and promoters.

The history of the Sereni family was in the foreground, with its Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI of the highest quality, always accompanied by the tasting of pure vinegar, on the teaspoon or, even better, on the back of the hand , and paired with food.

This time the culinary accompaniment was proposed by an exceptional Italian gastronomy: Hosteria Giuseppe Giusti of Modena, in the person of its Chef, Daniele Morandi.

For the first time, Hosteria Giusti has moved to New York, to accompany the excellence of Acetaia Sereni with its gastronomic excellence. The historic dishes of the Modena tavern have been expertly paired with Sereni balsamics.

In particular, on the second event evening, Chef Daniele Morandi of Hosteria Giusti prepared a special menu, dedicated to the Emilian tradition but declined in such a way as to marry perfectly with the scents and aromas of Acetaia Sereni vinegars.
