Human "know-how" is crucial to mantain a balance between technological progress and humanity

Sereni A.I. is the latest product born from the creativity and craftsmanship of the Sereni family, a special condiment, which is a hymn to Italian Art, in clear opposition to the current trend, which focuses so much on the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence.

Compared to Artificial Intelligence, which often makes any idea impersonal and cold, we stopped to recognize the value of art and demonstrate that an artist can do much more than a simple algorithm, because he can interpret a thought, a vision or a moment, and reproduce it with a figure.

The product is special, capable of surprising even the most refined palates. 

 A right creaminess that gives softness and roundness, a non-aggressive but mature acidic note, which brings elegance, depth and persistence and a delicately sweet and spicy finish. The refinement of over 10 years in large oak barrels gives the product deep and complex aromas, with notes of orange peel, nutmeg, white pepper.  Great versatility in the kitchen, on cold dishes such as salads, raw vegetables, fresh cheeses, caprese, but also grilled or roast meat, crudités, and why not, on tortelloni filled with fresh ricotta and seasoned only with butter and sage from the garden.

Each image depicted on this bottle recalls an object, a person, a joke or a moment within our company. Each of these elements contributes to making the product you will taste unique and inimitable. The images were created by several young Italian designers, full of talent. This artistic approach to packaging not only allows for the creation of more authentic and personalized products, but also helps preserve the richness and diversity of artistic and cultural expressions. Only 2,500 bottles were produced, a limited edition that makes it even more exclusive.

Our estate on the hills of Alta Modena, in Villabianca, is located in a special area where grape cultivation has been rooted for centuries and where wildlife lives undisturbed among woods, vineyards and olive groves, and often comes to visit us, for example the roe deer that often hops in our valley.

And not only olive trees and vines, also a beautiful hazelnut grove, 1,200 plants that are starting to produce excellent hazelnuts (“I’m nuts about you”: sono pazzo di te – ed.).

And here is the image of a young Francesco Sereni who puts his finger inside a barrel of Balsamic Vinegar: since he was a child he was passionate and curious about balsamic vinegar and loved tasting it in its pure form! There is a family video that shows him right now and from this video we took the frame that portrays him engaged in tasting.
