Family Reserve

A story that spans generations

It originates from the Sereni family, from patience, from the slow, time-honored gestures passed down through generations, and from a deep respect for time. Its color is a bright light brown, and its texture is full-bodied and velvety. Thanks to the high percentage of cooked must it contains, it is smooth and delicate, with a light, subtle hint of acidity. On the nose, aromas of wild berries and cherry intertwine with a fresh, fragrant hint. Perfect for enhancing succulent meats, aged cheeses, fresh fruit, desserts, and stuffed pasta, highlighting their sweetness.

Available sizes: 100 ml and 250 ml

Serenissimo

Limited edition

Aging in amphorae

“Serenissimo” began as an innovative and unconventional project. The result of years of study and research, it is a condiment made exclusively from fermented grape must from our vineyards in AltaModena®, aged in amphorae and free from any notes of oak aging or heat treatment, to best express its purity. An explosion of fruit, freshness, and complexity, elegantly embodied in a one-of-a-kind product. It pairs perfectly with cheeses, meats, game, desserts, ice cream, and fresh fruit.

Sereni A.I. - Arte Italiana

Limited edition

Our funky spirit

It is not just a condiment, it’s a statement. In an era dominated by Artificial Intelligence, Acetaia Sereni celebrates Italian Art: that unique blend of intuition, authenticity, tradition, and sensitivity that no machine will ever be able to replicate. Each bottle is a work of art that embodies the work of young Italian designers and the mastery of a family that has been crafting Balsamic vinegar for generations. Aged for over 10 years in large oak barrels, it releases a symphony of aromas ranging from orange zest to nutmeg, culminating in a delicate note of white pepper. Amber in color, its texture is dense and velvety. Choosing Sereni A.I. means bringing to the table a limited edition that tells stories of people, of moments lived in the Acetaia, and of a region that transforms grape must into gold. It is the condiment for those who do not seek the standardized perfection of an algorithm, but the imperfect
depth of human genius.
