Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from olives grown on the clay hills of Modena, on the Sereni family’s farm in Villabianca (between Marano sul Panaro and Castelvetro). It is thanks to the particular “amphitheater” shape of the farm that the olive trees have grown healthy and in ideal climatic conditions, resisting even the coldest weather. We produce two different types of oils: “il Calancolle”, more intense and pungent, “il Dolz” sweeter and more delicate.
Excellent combined with our Balsamic Vinegars.
"Le 9 Meraviglie" - Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro P.D.O.
The most popular wine, convivial and rooted in our land: Lambrusco Grasparossa. It comes from our hilly and clayey vineyards of Castelvetro di Modena, about 150 meters above sea level.
Alcohol content: 11,5%.
"Le 9 Meraviglie" - Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro P.D.O.
This wine comes from the Villabianca vineyards, in AltaModena. We are located at 350 meters above sea level, with a unique microclimate. Attilio Sereni, already in the 1950s, was looking for the grapes for his wine on this hill. They were said to be the best in the area.
Alcohol content: 11,5%.
