Terrazza Sereni

A new exclusive place immersed in the vineyards of Villabianca Estate (Modena), with a 180-degree view on the rolling hills of Modena where you can discover new flavours, enjoy life, relax and listen to the sounds of nature. This is the new Acetaia Sereni project which, even in very difficult times for tourism, demonstrates the trust and ambition towards this territory.

Tastings

The protagonist of the location will be the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. In all its forms: young, aged, creamy, fermented, sweet, sour, spherification, white, rosè, spicy… You’ll be able to discover and savor all the “food-balsamic” combinations, from the most traditional with local cured meats and cheeses to gourmet combinations, with homemade ice cream or artisan chocolate.

The Terrace will also become the new factory shop, where you can find the prestigious Balsamic Vinegars of Modena branded Acetaia Sereni, the Olive Oil of Modena, the wine Lambrusco Grasparossa, the Lambrusco grapes’ grappa and more.

You can taste the Extravirgin Olive Oil 100% Modena, produced with the olives of the farm and cold-pressed directly in the farm, comparing the “Dòlz” (sweeter and more delicate) with the “Calancolle” (more intense and characteristic), first pure, then on hot bread.

In the tasting room, there is also a kitchen dedicated to tastings, where our staff prepares express dishes to accompany the tasting. 

Design

Modern yet perfectly integrated with its surrounding environment The design is composed of wood, steel corten-effect, and crystal. The wood and the steel are well integrated with the surrounding nature. The big glass windows which enclose the room provide lightness and transparency to make you feel inside and out at the same time.

Eco Friendly

Always with an eye to the “green”. The building is eco-sustainable and ecological thanks to the energy produced by 140 square meters of roofing solar panels; the energy obtained is used for air-conditioning and for equipment operations.
